AUTHORS  &  Disclaimer

A husband and wife tandem :D  Forever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever :D

We've started this page to promote a healthy alternative to the pace of living that we've grown accustomed today. While a little knowledge and experience prodded us to start this site, we cannot claim to be experts on the field - though we can say these worked with us :)

While presently, we occasionally use meat substitutes, the ultimate goal is to limit the use of such and we'd rely solely on what Mother Nature provides.  Nonetheless, relatively, it's still a healthier lifestyle than eating meat.  :)  Between the 2 of us, we say our audience are VIP's - the Vegetarians / Vegans in Progress!

That said, I toast to you - thank you for visiting our site and here's to life! :)  C'est la vie!
